LINC is a spin-off from the University of Lüneburg and offers personality tests and training based on business psychological research at the highest level.

TRAININGS

Our LINC Academy offers you various advanced training courses based on research in business psychology. These are inspired by the social and economic mega topics, developing one’s personality and intercultural competence. A certification for the LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER enables you to build up competence in these topics of the future as a trainer, coach or HR employee. You will benefit from our extensive additional services and the future-oriented, multi-award-winning digital personality tests based on the BIG FIVE.

We have digitally implemented well-established business psychology instruments and methods in our LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER and CULTURE_ID tools, creating added value for our certified trainers / coaches and our business partners. We provide a variety of tools, including analysis and further development of personality styles, behavior patterns and competencies in the field of personality development / business coaching and in the field of international business / intercultural competence. THE BRAINS BEHIND LINC

DR. RONALD FRANKE

Ronald Franke holds a doctorate in business psychology (Leuphana University of Lüneburg) and is a certified coach. He has been working as a consultant and trainer for companies in the automotive, pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering and retail sectors for more than 10 years. He also passes on his knowledge as a lecturer in business psychology at numerous universities (e.g. Leuphana University of Lüneburg, FOM Hamburg, University of Hamburg, HMKW Berlin).

PROF. DR. MARTIN PUPPATZ

Martin Puppatz is a professor of business psychology at the FOM University for economics and management in Hamburg. Prior to that he received his doctorate from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and worked for two of the world's largest consulting companies in HR Consulting as a senior manager and project manager for more than 7 years. He regularly gives speeches at leading business psychology conferences in Germany and abroad and has published in renowned journals as well as for specialist publishers.

PROF. DR. JÜRGEN DETERS

Jürgen Deters is a professor for personnel management and leadership at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and head of the master’s program “Management and Human Resources”. Previously, he was head of personnel and management development of Gruner & Jahr GmbH, Europe's second largest publishing house. He has worked as a consultant in various industries and as an executive coach for over 20 years.

The innovative online tools from LINC have been selected by the “Initiative Mittelstand” on the “Best of” list of 2017 in the category “IT Innovation Prize”.

LINC wins the Lüneburg Business Award (Lünale) 2016 with CULTURE_ID

The jury’s reasoning: Up to 80% of all international collaborations fail due to the complexity of intercultural encounters. That is the result of empirical studies. In order to increase the success rate, the people involved need intercultural competence.

“CULTURE_ID” is a web-based learning application that enables personalized learning by analyzing behavioral preferences in the context of specific fields of activity. The aim of the web application is to minimize conflicts and misunderstandings and to build up intercultural competence. Areas of application include the preparation of employees for a foreign assignment or conflict prevention in international teams.
