“CULTURE_ID” is a web-based learning application that enables personalized learning by analyzing behavioral preferences in the context of specific fields of activity. The aim of the web application is to minimize conflicts and misunderstandings and to build up intercultural competence. Areas of application include the preparation of employees for a foreign assignment or conflict prevention in international teams.
