What is the LPP CANDIDATE CHECK?

The LPP CANDIDATE CHECK helps your talent management to systematically analyse potential candidates‘ fit to your open position. It includes a detailed LPP result report and a structured comparison of the applicant’s actual profile with your target profile specifically created for the position. The CANDIDATE CHECK analyses competencies as well as BIG FIVE facets in an ACTUAL-TARGET-comparison.

If you decide to use the CANDIDATE CHECK, you will have access to the following documents:

The full LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER results report as a comprehensive source of information on the applicant*s personality.
The TARGET-ACTUAL comparison with the competency fields you have selected and which you consider particularly relevant for the position to be filled.
An overview of the TARGET-ACTUAL profiles of up to five applicants at a glance (optional)

You can choose between three ways to create a TARGET profile:

By selecting up to 10 competencies from a predefined list, you can create a custom-fit TARGET profile for the vacant position within a few minutes.
You access TARGET profiles that you have previously created, used for a selection process and then saved. This is especially useful if you often fill similar positions.
You can also access TARGET profiles stored in the system for a wide range of positions, which we have created using empirical data.
