Management development

In a German automotive group, international experience and intercultural competence are essential prerequisites for advancement into top management.

In order to systematically prepare managers for this at an early stage, the company decides to incorporate CULTURE_ID Personality and CULTURE_ID Competencies into the management development.

International projects

A German insurer works closely with external service providers in a large IT project. Much of the development takes place in India for cost reasons.
