What is the LPP EXTERNAL REVIEW
The LPP EXTERNAL REVIEW is part of the LINC Coach/Trainer certification. It enables a systematic comparison between self-perception and the perception of others, e.g. within the framework of a 360° feedback process for managers. By means of descriptive graphics, deviations as well as similarities between self-perception and external perception become clear at a glance.
In a coaching or consulting process, blind spots can be uncovered on the basis of the LPP EXTERNAL REVIEW and opportunities for personal development can be identified and discussed.
