What is the LPP PARTNER CHECK

The LPP PARTNERCHECK is part of the LINC Coach / Trainer certification. With a PARTNER CHECK, the personality profiles of two people can be clearly compared. The results of a PARTNER CHECK provide an excellent basis for analysis and coaching sessions, e.g. in the context of conflict mediation or couple counselling.

The PARTNER CHECK is available in the following two variants:

  • The business variant: This variant is primarily aimed at comparing the personality profiles of colleagues or, for example, management tandems.
  • The couple variant: This variant is specially designed for displaying the personality profiles of couples

BUSINESS VARIANT

PARTNER CHECK BUSINESS is used, among other things, when conflicts have arisen between colleagues that are to be resolved in mediation or when potential areas of conflict or synergy potentials of a future management tandem (e.g. corporate management) are to be identified in a joint consulting process.

Applicable for:

  • consulting leadership tandems that are to jointly lead a company, a department or a project
  • conflict mediation in case of acute conflicts in the professional environment

Through the vivid presentation of the differences (and similarities) in the personality profiles, the reasons for conflicts become clear, understanding for the other side is generated and the entry into a dialogue in the context of mediation is facilitated. At the same time, potential areas of conflict can be identified and discussed due to the clear presentation of all personality traits.

  • Self-assessment and (optionally) external assessment of character (BIG FIVE facets), motives and competencies
  • Clear graphics and charts
  • Additional detailed analysis of concise similarities, deviations, opportunities and risks of both personality profiles

COUPLE VARIANT

The PARTNER CHECK PAIR contains, in addition to the presentation of the personality profiles of both users, also indications of the attachment styles. Both parties have the opportunity to assess themselves and the other person.

  • Self-assessment and (optionally) external review of character traits (Big Five incl. facets) and motives
  • Extra: Analysis of attachment styles that represent recurring patterns of behaviour in close relationships and that originate in the personality

ACCREDITATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS OF MAJOR COACHING ASSOCIATIONS

Our certification workshop for the LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER has been accredited as Continuing Coaching Education (CCE).

This means that ICF-certified coaches can collect Continuing Coaching Education Units (CCEU) when participating in our Certification as LINC Coach/Trainer and expand their ICF core competencies.
